Studies have consistantly shown that diverse and inclusive workplaces have higher productivity, revenues and efficiency. A diverse workplace includes different races, genders and abilites in order to gain a wide range of perspectives. When a company also has an inclusive culture - meaning team members are valued, encouraged to bring their ideas to the conversation and have a strong sense of belonging - innovation becomes the norm.
When it comes to creating communities and homes, diversity and inclusion is critical - it's the only way to design and develop thoughtfully planned livable spaces that include the wants and desires of ALL.
